3168368 - After setting sslenforce as true in HANA database, the R3trans, transport in ABAP are failing

Even though, you have setup the SSL communication between ABAP system and HANA database successfully following KBA 2475246 - How to configure HANA DB connections using SSL from ABAP instance, and the secured logon has no issue. The R3trans -d fails with 0012 or the transport in ABAP TMS fails, the error still shows "only secure connections are allowed".
