3168407 - Is it possible to request SFTP Server configuration audit logs and account activity logs?

• SFTP Configuration Logs Requirement: Need to identify the user who changed the SFTP credentials in the report distributor and/or determine the exact time when the credentials were changed.
• Audit/Security Report Requirement: Need to obtain a report on logins to the SFTP Server (account activity logs) for security purposes.

To address the specified requirements regarding SFTP Server logs:

• SFTP Configuration Logs: It is NOT possible to request logs that identify changes to SFTP credentials or configuration changes.
• Audit/Security Report: It is possible to request SFTP logs detailing account activities, such as logins to the SFTP Server.

To request account activity logs, such as logins to the SFTP Server, a case should be raised directed to LOD-SF-PLT-AUDR, including:

    • SFTP Account
    • Data Center
    • Timestamp or time range (in UTC timezone)

Note: When creating the support case, it is necessary to specify the exact period for which the logs should be generated.
In case of a time range, the period must not exceed 2 months. For instance, logs can be requested for the time range between October 1st and December 1st (2 months). However, logs cannot be requested for the time range between September 1st and December 1st (3 months).
