3168407 - Can we request for SFTP configuration audit logs?

Customer is requesting for SFTP configuration logs to identify who changed the SFTP credentials in the report distributor and when it was changed.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

Operations team confirmed that it is not possible to provide credential change logs.

It is only possible to provide SFTP logs or account activities, but not changes in configuration logs. 

To request these logs, kindly raise and incident directed to LOD-SF-PLT-AUDR informing the below:

• SFTP Account
• Data Center
• Timestamp
