3168407 - Can we request for SFTP configuration audit logs?

Customer is requesting for SFTP configuration logs to identify who changed the SFTP credentials in the report distributor and when it was changed.

Ops team confirmed that they cannot fulfill this request. They can only provide SFTP logs or account activity and not changes in configuration logs.
