Added a New Permission to Access Tile Reports from the Latest Home Page

Before: The new Home Page did not support YouCalc Tiles.

After: The newly added Access Tiles from Home Page permission on the Reports Permission tab enables you to view Tile reports from the latest home page.

This permission appears in your tenant only after you enable the latest home page. A one-time migration has been planned to auto-enable the new permission for roles that have access to Tile reports published on the home page.

When you select a sensitive personal data field (the ones with a shield icon) for your query in Story reports, the system automatically selects a dependent unique identifier field such as User ID, Person ID, or Candidate ID, even if it's from an auto-joined table.

Before: As per the read access logging (RAL) requirements, queries that use sensitive personal data fields must include dependent unique identifier fields. However, these ID fields had to be selected manually in the query.

After: The shield icon appears for the sensitive personal data fields, when read access logging has been enabled in your tenant.

The View Schedules page in Report Center now displays your previously selected tab, instead of its default tab.

Before: The View Schedules would always open on the default page.

After: The View schedules section will open on the previous page it was closed.

The Employee Relations and HR Service Delivery metric packs that were previously available only for SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics on SQL are now available on SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics on HANA.

Before: These two measures were not available on WFA on Hana

After: Two new measures available for reporting.

UI Changes on the SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics Data Factory Page

We've merged the Initial Process section with the Regular Full Rebuild sections, and logically distributed the links of the Initial Process section into the other sections on the WFA on HANA Data Factory page.

Before: The links in Data Factory page were organized in many different sections and it was not clear sometimes for the users.

After: Merged the Initial Process section with the Regular Full Rebuild section, and renamed it to Initial Process (Regular Full Rebuild).

Renamed the Build Fact Data & Cube link to Process Initial Load (Fact Data & Cube), and moved it to the Initial Process (Regular Full Rebuild) section.

More quick actions were added to the latest home page.

After: It is possible to select these option from the homepage

You can now include the name and external user ID of a session subject in a Story report. The first and last names and external user ID are supported in the auto-joins for calibration subjects.

Before: This information was not available for reporting on story reports.

After: The first and last names and external user ID are supported in the auto-joins for calibration subjects to report on Story reports.

When users sign a form using admin tools such as Route Form and Sign Form, the Signed Date column in Story reports now shows the date and time when the form was signed.

The column shows the time of tenant preferred time zones. If users have signed the form multiple times, only the latest record is shown in the reports.

Before: In the previous version, the column was shown blank.

After: The Signed Date column shows the exact signed date and time.

In Story reports of Performance Management, you can now include feedback comments in the Ask For Feedback table, and manual overall performance rating, manual overall performance rating description, and manual overall performance rating description (locale specific) in the Performance table.

Before: This information was not available for reporting on story reports.

After: These fields are available for build new queries.

Tags of People Profile Now Reportable in Story Reports

You can now use Story Reports to report the tags of People Profile.
