3168620 - Save / Save and Open option not getting defaulted in Sales Quote QC screen

Symptom

When creating a Sales Quote, the defaulting logic is not being applied as per last usage upon clicking on Save/Save and Open option when CPQ Integration is done.

Environment

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  • Login to the C4C Tenant.
  • Navigate to Sales--> Sales Quote.
  • Click on the "+" icon to create a Sales Quote.
  • The "Save and Open" option is not defaulted eventhough it was used in the previous creation of Quote

Cause

When creating CPQ quotes, the defaulting logic for Save and Open based on the last usage is not supported.

Resolution

 This is a limitation for CPQ quotes.
