3168790 - User assigned to role field is incorrect when creating requisition - Recruiting Management

There is a business rules that is set to assign user to specific role but the user being assigned is incorrect.

When creating requisition from position, the operator assigned to the role is wrong.

No user is assigned to the operator field despite rules is set to populate the user.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Company Info > Position Org Chart

2. Select the position to create requisition

3. Review the created position and the operator assigned to the role is not correct.

There is configuration in business rules where the customer can specify the position code where the system is getting the user or incumbent. If the position code that was indicated here is incorrect, this will result to incorrect user being assigned to the field or no user at all.
