3168821 - BI Launchpad doesn't allow users to login through Load Balancer with AD SSO


  • AD SSO has been configured, and it works fine when few users online
  • Once the user load is high, users will randomly encounter the issue, they are unable to logon to BI Launchpad through the Load balancer URL
  • It shows: "Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. (FWB 00008)"
