3168862 - DM - User gets disconnected without any action

The user is connected to Disclosure Management and actively working.

Suddenly, the session is no longer working. In the top there is a message "An error has occured while checking of new messages"

After this, any action taken leads to the login screen

In the application log, there is the following error
