3168900 - [Onboarding]Unknown Reminder Email Notification Being Triggered from Onboarding without Candidate First Name and Last Name

For few new hires reminder emails with subject "Reminder: Prepare for [[FirstName]] [[LastName]]'s onboarding tasks" are being sent. It cannot be identified for which new hire these tasks were generated.

For the affected candidates below Root cause analysis was obtained-

The hire date was changed and postponed from Manage Pending Hires for these candidates. We resolve [[FirstName]], [[LastName]] tokens from employee personal info which is a dated record and because of date change no record was fetched as onboarding start date < effectiveStartDate.

This is a known issue in the system which occurs when hire date is changed and postponed from Manage Pending Hires for the candidates. Permanent fix for this issue is in place and is presently on-target for inclusion in b2205 release.
