3168958 - Payment method column is empty in Manage Payment Media App

In the "Manage Payment Media" app, the "Payment Method" column is not displayed.

However, payments are still automatically posted in the "Manage Automatic Payments" app with the correct payment method.

Incorrect or missing configuration for the payment medium formats.

Check and correct the configuration in the "Create Payment Medium Formats" app (Transaction ID: 102569).

Check if the payment media formats have the "Payment Method" level marked.
If not checked, the "Payment Method" for those formats will be empty in the "Manage Payment Media" app.
