3169023 - Error when starting Database Migration from HANA 1.0 to HANA 2.0 SP06

Symptom

Migration a HANA 1.0 to HANA 2.0 SP06 return following error:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ConfigParser'

migration.properties file is setup accordingly.
