3169117 - Report Assignments Missing after Transporting a Report

You are using Transport Management to move a report from one system to another. The transport is successful, but you notice that the report has no work center or business role assignment in the target system. In the source system, it was assigned before the transport.

Report assignments are not transported. However if a report existed in the target system before and was assigned, and then it is transported again, the assignments are retained.

Note that the assignments are only kept if the report is overwritten by the transport and was not deleted beforehand, since to delete a report, you will also need to delete the assignments.
