3169188 - You can’t add Initialize Rules to object definition PickListValue - Onboarding

When adding external visibility rule, error "You can’t add Initialize Rules to object definition PickList" is showing.

• Product Version: SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core 2111
• Product: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Configure Object Definition
2. Open Picklist object
3. Go to Rules and try to add Externalvisibility_picklist rule under Initialize rule
4. Error appear stating:  You can’t add Initialize Rules to object definition PickList.

The rule is no longer required to set the external user visibility for picklists. If it is a new picklist then it is already taken care and for existing picklists use the external user visibility tool.
