3169203 - Attachment Rule is attaching incorrect Forms to a notification or no attachment to the email

Attachment Rule is attaching forms with correct name but the content of the same is incorrect, is a completely different form.

Or even though the rule is met, no attachment is attached to the email.

This issue happens when the rule was imported or copied from a different instance, due to different attachment ID in DMS it sent wrong attachment or no attachment.

In order to fix this issue, the rule in the instance should be updated and saved again after uploading the documents in DMS, so it will refer to right attachment Id.
