Symptom

  • Usage decision is made for inspection lot in transaction QA11, but inspection characteristic results are not updated in batch classification.
  • Valuation of inspection point had been carried out for inspection lot with inspection points in results recording transaction (for example: QE51N), but characteristic results are not transferred to batch classification.
