3169276 - Application error when trying to open any candidate profile

• Recruiting user receives an application error when trying to open any candidate profile or application
• Internal candidates receive an application when trying to open their candidate profile or apply for jobs via Careers tab

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Proxy as Recruiting User
2. Go to Recruiting>Candidates
3. Search for any candidate and try to open their profile
4. Receive the following application errors:

• errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read properties of null (reading 'open'), errorName=TypeError
• Assertion failed: [ShowCorrespondenceMoreOrLessLink] portlet Id is not a valid DOM element.
• Cannot set properties of null (setting 'innerHTML')

OR

1. Proxy as Recruiting User
2. Go to Recruiting>Job Requisitions
3. Click on any candidate application
4. Receive the application error: errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read properties of null (reading 'open'), errorName=TypeError

OR

1. Proxy as an internal candidate
2. Go to Careers>My Candidate Profile
3. Receive the application error: errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read properties of null (reading 'open'), errorName=TypeError

OR

1. Proxy as an internal candidate
2. Go to Careers>Job Search
3. Click on 'Select Action' drop down on any job and click 'Apply'
4. Receive the application error: errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read properties of null (reading 'open'), errorName=TypeError

The language used in settings by logged in user is not enabled in Admin Center>Manage Recruiting Languages
