Symptom

The error "The usage of '-' (irrelevant) is prohibited in output cell entries but was found in decision" is showing when try to do a DMN Simulation.

Environment

SAP Signavio Process Manager Version 15.14.0 (SaaS)

Reproducing the Issue

1. select the diagram in the Explorer

2. click Edit - Simulate DMN diagram

3. Switch from the Editor to the DMN simulation tool.

Cause

It is not possible to leave the output field as NULL.

Resolution

Assign value to NULL fields.
