3169351 - Cleared Items Are Displayed As Open In Manage Supplier/Customer Line Items App

Symptom

In "Manage Supplier Line Items" app, some items have "Clearing Journal Entry" field updated and cleared journal entry numbers are displayed, but it is still displayed as open items.
