3169353 - Unable to complete I9 Section 2, it gets duplicated after completion in Onboarding

I9 Section 2 gets completed and signed but it is duplicating on the Onboarding Dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Access the instance
2. Go to Onboarding Dashboard 
3. Search for the candidate 
4. Complete I9 Section 2
5. Sign and Submit 
6. A new task to complete I9 Section 2 is listed for the candidate

• During the I9 completion, candidate must present the original documents of the List A or List B and List C documents
• If the candidate provided a receipt and the Hiring Manager or Corporate Representative has selected "Yes" on the question "Is this document a receipt?" field, the complete For I-9 Section 2 will be triggered again for the Hiring Manager or Corporate Representative to perform reverification once the candidate has provided the original of the documents

Review the original document and select No to the question "Is this document a receipt?"
