3169361 - Unable to map fields in jobRelationshipInfo in Recruit to hire data mapping tool - Onboarding

• Receiving error when trying to add a mapping in jobRelationsInfo.
• Error Message: There are no variants configured for the entity.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to the instance
2. Go to Recruit-to-hire data mapping tool
3. In the jobRelationsInfo, click the '+' button.
4. The error is being received.

The data type for relationship-type field in Manage Business Configuration is STRING instead of PICKLIST.

1. Please change the Data Type for the 'relationship-type' in Manage Business Configuration >> jobRelationshipInfo.
2. You will need to update the data model template from provisioning.
3. Coordinate with your Employee Central Consultant on how you can update the data type for the relationship-type field.
