3169372 - How to update the Currency fields options through Manage Templates? - Recruiting Management

The standard field Currency is type enum, so the field's values are configured in the XML template directly. How to update those values through Manage Templates?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

To update that information in Manage Templates, you will need to do the following:

1. Go to Admin Center > Recruiting > Manage Templates
2. Select Job Requisition, then select the Job Requisition Template you wish to modify
3. Scroll down, and click on the option "[NUMBER] Fields defined. Click to modify."
4. Search by the field currency
5. Click on the button "Add Enum" to add another option
   
   
   
6. Click on Done
7. Click on Publish, to publish a new version of the template
8. Run an OData API Metadata Refresh

The new currency will be available in the Job Requisition list.
