3169525 - SAP BTP SDK for Android 4.0 application crash because of theme

Symptom

When migrating application from SAP BTP SDK for Android version 3.0 to version 4.0 using flowsv2, the application is crashing with the following error when starting the LOGOUT flow: 

    "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: com.google.android.material.dialog.MaterialAlertDialogBuilder requires a value for the attr/colorSurface attribute to be set in your app theme. You can either set the attribute in your theme or update your theme to inherit from Theme.MaterialComponents (or a descendant).
        at com.google.android.material.resources.MaterialAttributes.resolveOrThrow(MaterialAttributes.java:69)...."
