After applying to a job requisition and filling out the job application, the post application page is empty, without any other information aside the job requisition title, ID and the menus.

The configuration in Manage Recruiting Settings, the "Application Submit Page" - External or Internal Career Site is set to Custom Message, and there is no message added in the text box.

When the option "Default Message" is selected, then it will display "Your Application has been sent. Thank you!" in candidate's language. However, if the option Custom Message is selected and the text area is empty, then nothing will display in the screen post application.

This can also happen when a custom pixel tracking code is added to this page and no text or message is added along with the custom pixel tracking code. In this case, it is recommended to reach out to the 3rd party vendor who built the code to confirm if a message can be added as well or if the pixel tracking code has to be altered to ensure that it will not affect the traceability.
