3169797 - Error When Adding Rule for "Update of Job Application Status" Event in Intelligent Services - Recruiting Management

When trying to add a rule for Update of Job Application Status event, the following error appears: "Sorry, we couldn't load the parameters of rule scenario ISE_RULE_JobApplication. The rule scenario might have been deleted in the meantime. Please reload the page and try again, and if the problem persists contact your system administrator."

Rules are not supported as per code design.
