Symptom
In Knowledge Provider, you can administrate documents that are accessed via external URLs. Instead of storing the actual content of such documents, Knowledge Provider can simply store the corresponding URLs.
The URL should be saved into a repository which exists on transaction OAC0.
The error "Invalid function or parameter" occurred on function module "SCMS_DOC_CREATE_FROM_URL"
