3169948 - Storing URL to an actual content using Knowledge Provider

In Knowledge Provider, you can administrate documents that are accessed via external URLs. Instead of storing the actual content of such documents, Knowledge Provider can simply store the corresponding URLs.

The URL should be saved into a repository which exists on transaction OAC0.

The error "Invalid function or parameter" occurred on function module "SCMS_DOC_CREATE_FROM_URL"

• Knowledge Provider should be save only the URL to the actual content (like documents) instead to saving the document itself
• The used repository is defined in transaction OAC0
