In SAP Invoice Management by Open Text, there is a shortdump generated when user clicks on the DP document in OTEX VIM analytics report or in OTEX VIM workplace. This occurs after OTEX VIM is upgraded to the following versions:
7.5 SP11
OTEXVIM 16.3 SP5,
OTEXVIM 20.4,
OTEXVIM 7.6
