3170281 - Creation of synonym error when replicating a table which has previously been replicated - SLT

For tables which are already in replication, stopping and starting replication again results in following error:

Object name already exists:/1LT/X000000XXXX: line 9 col 23 (at pos 139)
Creation of synonym /1LT/X000000XXXX to table [name] failed (SQL Error Code: 2).

general error: Object name already exists: /1LT/X000000XXXX; object with the same name being created from another transaction: line 9 col 23 (at pos 137)

In LTRC application logs:
Error deleting DDIC table [name]

In SM21:
General error: Object name already exists:/1LT/X000000XXXX: line 9 col 23 (at pos 139)
