3170354 - "We made updates since you were last here. Click here to find out more" when login to BI Launchpad

Symptom

  • When user first login to BI Launchpad and then notices the pop-up saying: "We made updates since you were last here. Click here to find out more", while there are not notifications seen when clicks on the popup.
  • Users including administrator faces this issue
  • When users logout and login again at that time, the popup do not occurs
  • When user clear browser history and login again to BILP then notices the popup.
