3170406 - GM status is still C and delivery qty becomes zero after GR reversal triggered from EWM

Symptom

  • After reversing GR from EWM, delivery Qty becomes 0 in inbound delivery. Inbound delivery is also got disappeared from Purchase Order confirmation tab.

  • GR reversed in EWM and updated in ERP delivery. But the goods movement status is still C. Now if the user posts GR again in EWM, GR queue may stuck in smq2 with Message no. HUDIALOG018 'Delivery status only allow display mode'.
