SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
- Candidate is receiving email from DocuSign to sign them. They signed all documents in DocuSign, but the singature status is not getting updated back in to Onboarding.
- In Manage DocuSign envelopes - status of all envelop id are in "Awaiting Signatures" even though all documents have been signed by candidate.
- Onboading Dashboard signature flow is not getting "Completed" status.
