3170688 - BW Process Chain BI-Event uses BOE-Event-ID instead of BOE-Event CUID

Symptom

When using the BI-Event in BW Process Chains to trigger an event in our BOE system , the selection of the BOE Event only provides the BOE Event-ID as a selection and not the system independent CUID of the BOE Event-ID during transport.
