3170710 - PR description missing in APP Confirm Receipt of Goods-New

When users open the APP 'Confirm Receipt of Goods - New' the worklist displays several Purchase Requisitions but the description field is not filled in all cases.

Run the APP 'Confirm Receipt of Goods - New'.

The description displayed in the APP 'Confirm Receipt of Goods - New' is taken from the PR header text entry, type ‘B01’. 
This text value is saved in the logon language of the user when the Purchase Requisition is created. If the user created the 
PR when logged on in French for example, then the text exists only in French. If the user runs the APP 'Confirm Receipt of Goods - New'
afterwards, when logged on in French, the text will appear. If they run the APP when logged on in any other language, the description field will be blank.
