3170745 - Need to send a candidate back from Manage Pending Hires to Onboarding to correct data - Onboarding 1.0

The candidate entered wrong data during the Onboarding process and now he/she is already in Manage Pending Hires, can we send the candidate back Onboarding to make corrections?

Once a candidate is on Manage Pending Hires there is no way to send candidate back to Onboarding. If there are some wrong data being displayed on Manage Pending Hires there are two scenarios to alter data:

• Scenario 1 - If candidate is still with Onboarding activity open you can change the data on the activity.
• Scenario 2 - If the Onboarding activity is already complete (All Documents Signed) then the changes can be done in Super Admin (Onboarding backend) and it will reflect in Manage Pending Hires.

If you do not have access to Super Admin (only partners have) please raise a ticket to SAP Support.
