3170778 - Can instruction fields be mapped from recruiting to onboarding?

Can we map an instruction field defined in the application/requisition XML templates on the recruiting end to Onboarding?

As of now the instruction fields cannot be mapped from the recruiting templates/RCM to onboarding.

The workaround is to use a text field to map the required text/code that you have to the Onboarding end.
