How to enable the comment box in the Offer Letter Page (Take Action --> Offer --> Create Offer Letter)

Resolution
Comment box in the Offer Letter Page can be enabled by disabling the switch "Enable Offer Approval" in Provisioning under Company Settings.
And, once unchecked, you will see the comment box as shown in the screenshot here :
The drawback would be that the Offer Approval feature will need to be disabled to enable this comment box in the Offer Letter screen.
