3170844 - Training found in Content Library Tab when function wasn't selected

• Why are learners seeing a course or learning path in the Content Library when the content library setting wasn't selected in the Course or Learning Path settings page?
• How is the course or learning path available in Content Library in Learner View when I haven't selected this setting?
• I don't have Content Library checked in Course or Learning Path settings but we still see the content in the Content Library tab in learner view
