3170866 - Is there any action can be taken to restrict Rehire Coordinator based on legal entity

Rehire Coordinators from European are able to check and confirm rehire verification for Asia entities.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The rehire verification requires access to all the employee records in the system in order to do a match.

Any restriction would result in missing the matched employee and the process would fail later with a duplicate National ID issue or result in not matching rehires.

So there is no restrict or control possible.
