Symptom
Enter any value for Country Canada, National Id Card Type as 'Social Insurance Number'. An error will show as 'Please make sure the entered value for NIC is correct!'

Reproducing the Issue
1) Go to add new employee
2) Enter details for user to be hired
3) For National ID Information, choose country as 'Canada', National Id Card Type as 'Social Insurance Number' and National Id as '123-456-789'
4) Click continue
5) System will show an error message- 'Please make sure the entered value for NIC is correct!'
Cause
There is a validation check for 'Social Insurance Number'-'SIN' for Canada.
Resolution
Let's use this fictitious SIN to demonstrate: 130 692 544
Always multiply the SIN Number by this number: 121 212 121 (Multiply the top number by the bottom number like 1*1,3*2,0*1,6*2....)
130 692 544 * 121 212 121= 160 394 584.
NOTE- If you get a 2 digit # add the digits together for example Notice here that 6*2=12 (highlighted in bold), add 1 and 2 together and get 3.
Then add all of the result digits together: 1+6+0+3+9+4+5+8+4=40.
If the SIN is valid, addition result i.e #40 will be evenly divisible by 10. So, this is a 'valid' SIN.
