3171031 - SUM Java: Error in INSTALL-SAPJVM-VCREDIST phase: Error while executing VC_redist.x64

While updating a system using SUM Java in INSTALL-SAPJVM-VCREDIST phase  following errors were reported:-

TroubleTicket.log :-

An error occurred during the execution of Install SAPJVM Vcredsit (WIN) of action execute.
Service com.sap.sdt.j2ee.services.servicesimpl.TaskExecutorService failed with the following message:

Error while executing Task with input file VcredistTasks.xml and task INSTALL_SAPJVM_VCREDIST.
