3171099 - Work item tasks getting delayed in My Inbox

Symptom

  • Work items show up in 'My Inbox' with more than half an hour delay 
  • If you refresh the workflow buffer via 'SWU_OBUF' the work items will appear in 'My Inbox' instantaneously
  • You also notice that Push Notifications are not showing up in Fiori immediately for these work items. They are getting in registered in SWW_WIREGISTER but are not getting picked up by the SAP_WORKFLOW_PUSH job
