3171113 - I9 Form Assignment Rule Does not Work

• The business rule to assign the form to I9 corporate representative is always inactive
• The business rule to assign the form to I9 corporate representative does not work
• Rule scenario Assign Compliance Corporate Representative

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. Create rule with scenario Assign Compliance Corporate Representative
2. I9 is triggered however did not respect the rule
3. It is not assigned to the corporate representative set in rule

This is happening because there are two ComplianceConfiguration objects for I9 with different settings. 

1. Navigate to Manage data
2. ComplianceConfiguration
3. Check if two object exists for groupId US_I9
4. Remove second object that has no rules specified
