3171269 - Rule to get previous employment dates not work in manage pending hire - Employee Central

A rule was created to get hire/termination date from previous employment and set during rehire process, the rule works correctly via rehire employee tools however it does not work during manage pending hires.

Currently expected behavior by the system. When Manage pending hires is used, system expects value flowing from Recruiting/Onboarding modules hence rule cannot reach these values during the manage pending hires process.

Please consider opening an enhancement request as currently system does not support this scenario.
