3171303 - Click to Sign not working for New Hire Custom Form - Onboarding

• Candidate is not able to sign the Document with multiple singature fields in the same PDF form.
• Candidate clicks on "Click to Sign", but singature is not being captured in any of the signature fields.

Multiple Singature fields with same name in PDF form. This is not allowed in the Singature fields. Having same name might work on regular text filed, but not in a Signature field.

If mutliple singature fields are setup in the same PDF form, then each singature field name must be unique.
