3171303 - Click to Sign not working for New Hire Custom Form - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Candidate is not able to sign the Document with multiple signature fields in the same PDF form.
  • Candidate clicks on "Click to Sign", but signature is not being captured in any of the signature fields.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

Multiple Signature fields with same name in PDF form. This is not allowed in the Signature fields. Having same name might work on regular text filed, but not in a Signature field.

Resolution

If multiple signature fields are setup in the same PDF form, then each signature field name must be unique.
