Symptom
After a new user dashboard is created and published, why are users not able to see the changes made even after resetting the dashboard?
In an integrated site on the procurement side, I went to Manage > Core Administration > Dashboard Manager and created a new Dashboard Template. Now that I have published it, users who should have visibility of the new template do not see the new content, even after I instruct them to reset their dashboard to the defaults.
