3172617 - Validation Errors on catalogs downloaded from SAP Business Network (BN)

Symptom

The catalogs downloaded from BN have validation errors. Hence, they cannot continue with the catalog activation process. Error: Invalid or out of range value for url(url:string): www.abc.com

Supplier id {NetworkID=12345; } found in the catalog file does not match the subscription supplier's supplier id or any supplier id. Using supplier from subscription.
