3172634 - My catalog import fails because of a unit of measure issue, even with valid mapping

Symptom

My catalog import fails because of a unit of measure issue, even though my mapping appears correct. I can see the error message in the Generated Subscriptions: Error: Unit of Measure value is(UN:xxx)is invalid.
