3174398 - Error: No endpoint configured. Destination endpoint must be configured for the QuoteMessage doctype

Symptom

When sending a Quote to External System, it is Failing with no endpoint configured when clicking Send Quotes to External System on a sourcing event.

Error sending the quote message. Status code: 412, status text: PreCondition Failed, status message: Error:No endpoint configured. Destination endpoint must be configured for the QuoteMessage doctype. Please contact support with the Error Referenc.
