3174680 - How to fix user group replication discrepancies between parent and child realms?

Groups are not consistent between parent and child realms anymore. 

A group is assigned to a user in parent site, but I don't see this group assignment reflected on child or the user is not assigned to the group in parent, but it is assigned in child site.

How can I clear up the discrepancies between parent and child realms and restart replication?
