3174782 - Error: "The number of rows in the report exceeds the limit set for emailed attachment in your site"

The bellow error message is encountered within scheduled reports. 

Error: The results of your scheduled background report are not included as an attachment because the number of rows in the report exceeds the limit set for emailed attachments in your site. To view the report results, sign into your Ariba site, click the report, and select View Stored Results. To receive the results as an attachment, edit the report to filter it further and make the data set smaller.
