3174873 - CCI-1666: High volume master data upload from SAP ERP to Ariba Network using the Ariba Integration Toolkit resulted in an error

Symptom

Earlier, uploading high volume master data from SAP ERP to Ariba Network using the Ariba Integration Toolkit on SAP Process Integration resulted in the following error:

reponse=Service Unavailable

Throwable caught: CombinedDataPull is already in process. Unable to service the current Request. || No stack available.

will not move /ARIBA/indir/MasterData/processedXXXXXXXX because status is 'Unable to Connect to Target System'
