3175305 - CPL-8433: The SAP Ariba solution timed out when an administrator made a lot of changes to a user's purchasing unit responsibilities in the Ariba Administrator user interface

When administrators used the Ariba Administrator user interface to edit a user's groups to include responsibility for multiple purchasing units, the SAP Ariba solution timed out.

This issue occurred even though the feature for asynchronous user group processing was enabled (via the configuration parameter Application.FeatureToggle.AsyncUserGroupChangeProcessing). That's because this feature is for importing the changes rather than making the changes in the Ariba Administrator user interface.
